New User
This is where a new user can enter login details to apply for a membership. Once all the details is entered and submitted an e-mail will be sent back to the memeber as an acknowledgement. Member's details will then be checked by the administrator for his eligibility. Once the member's detail is checked and confirmed a further e-mail will be sent back to the member confirming his authorisation.

Feedback
This section will allow our members to send us their feedback. Please note your comments and suggestions are very important to the success of Ansar website. Without your comments we cannot make improvements nor we can make further progress. Therefore, please use this section to send us your feeback may it be simply your comments, suggestions or indeed report a problem or an incident that you may have encountered.

Amila List
Our members may find this section as one of the more interesting and useful. Because this is is where a full and latest list of Amila memebrs will be displayed. The list will include the names of office bearers, their title, contact details and also photos so that our members will know who is who and their job details etc.

Download
This section will alow our members to download various important documents such as various report templates. This will not only be easier but will also speed up access to various documenst which may be difficult to obtain or may well take long time through postal difficulties especially for the members who are based at a distance away from the centre.

Upload
This section will alow our members to upload various important documents such as monthly reports. At present there is online facility for our members to submit their monthly report through the use of simple online screen forms. There are plans for further development in the future for allowing our members to upload other documents such Word, Excel, Pdf etc. Please note there is obviously a range of scope and ideas which will need to be discussed, developed as part of the ongoing future development. Obviously as mentioned above these can only be implemented with your suggestions and feedback.

Admin
This section is for the administrators only. Please note, you can only access this section if you have Admin rights, all other users will be directed to the Login screen. Therefore, if you have successfully logged on into the Memebers site but are unable to get into Admin section this is because you do not have the right privileges.
